SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
The Company has its own research laboratories,which develop and design large scale of components of the component base.
Our production:
- Microwave-Transistors and monolithic integral schemes on their basis in the range up to 150 GHz, transmit-receive modules, as well as antenna-feeder devices operating at frequencies up to 150 GHz.
- These products are designed for telecommunication and measuring equipment produced by the company.
- Radiation-resistant component base.
The modern radiation-resistant component base is the basis for creating a new generation of radio electronics for use in modern technology and industrial facilities.
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
Participation in joint projects for development:
- Electronic Component Base (ECB) for Telecom;
- Civil aviation.
- Satellite systems.
The technological portfolio of the sector is changing very dynamically, replenishing with new product samples, which become the basis for future civil aviation, satellite systems and ECB.
